• Develop, design and deliver training content.
• Shape core content, assessments, exercises, and workshops.
• Coach content creators on presentation relevance and impact.
• Host and deliver training workshops.
• Define metrics to assess initiative success.
• Market training plans for Asia; partner with stakeholders.
• Use digital learning to enhance in-person offerings.
• Manage multiple projects with differing timelines.
• Collaborate with global Client Skills Team on programs.
• Share best practices across programs.
