Job summary

Principle One Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a procurement professional to join our Asia Pacific team. You will procure technology products and services, build relationships with distributors and suppliers, and negotiate terms to secure best pricing and delivery timelines.

The role supports procurement policy development, risk management, and reporting; requires 3+ years in procurement, fluent English and Cantonese, and AI literacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing or vendor management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Putonghua/Japanese a plus.
• Familiar with China procurement processes and supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Procure technology products and services across APAC at best price, delivery lead time and service levels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, vendors, contractors and partners.
• Review quotations, contracts and terms to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Support contract negotiations covering pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports for internal and external use.
