Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Procurement Manager specializing in IT and AV solutions. You will oversee end-to-end procurement, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage POs to support project milestones.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in IT procurement, strong Excel and vendor management skills, fluent English, with Mandarin a plus, and can collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of procurement experience in IT
• AV products knowledge and related components
• Strong Excel and PO systems experience
• Excellent negotiation, organization, and vendor management skills
• Fluent English; Chinese (Mandarin) a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement for IT, AV products, software licenses, and project materials.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to optimize supply chain and delivery.
• Negotiate terms, prices, licenses, and PO validity with suppliers.
• Issue, amend, and track POs, including end-of-life substitutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Accounts teams to align procurement with orders.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor stock against project needs.
• Monitor software renewals (e.g., Microsoft 365) and cost impact.
• Prepare supplier payments and liaise with Finance to ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain accurate vendor and project records and ensure documentation compliance.
• Streamline purchasing workflows for timely project execution.
