Commtech (Asia) Limited is seeking an HR Executive on a 1-year contract to join our professional team in Hong Kong. You will provide support across recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations for the APAC region.

The role involves HR reporting, policy review, and participation in HR transformation projects. Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills, and HK Employment Ordinance knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Proven experience in HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and local regulations.
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Ability to manage multiple HR projects and milestones across APAC.

Responsabilidades

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training.
• Assist with HR reporting, policy review, and HR transformation projects in APAC.
• Coordinate L&D initiatives, training needs, and vendor arrangements.
• Prepare regular HR reports and participate in market surveys and benchmarking.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
• Ensure HR processes comply with HK regulations and company policies.
