Job summary

WeAreAspire, a global B2B media brand, seeks a Subscription Sales Executive to drive digital subscription growth across Asia-Pacific. You will target senior marketers, agencies and media professionals, converting prospects and expanding subscription packages in regional and global markets.

Leaders must have at least 2 years in telesales or inside sales, a proven KPI track record, excellent communication, and strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills, with confidence engaging senior professionals.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Resilient, target-driven and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive subscription revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and convert new business prospects through warm and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with subscribers and key accounts.
• Grow individual and corporate subscription packages across regional and global markets.
• Work with marketing and audience teams to support targeted sales campaigns.
• Track sales activities, pipeline and performance using CRM systems.
