Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Manager to build trusted, value-added partnerships with key clients within the territory. You will speak at a strategic level for ICE Data Services and drive revenue retention and growth.

You will manage revenue streams, expand the client base, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and lead negotiations while coordinating internal teams to deliver client initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 5+ years of client relationship experience.
• Self-driven, motivated and proactive.
• Client-centric advisory mentality; not purely transactional account management.
• Business and financial written and verbal English and Japanese are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all revenue streams across ICE Data Services' full portfolio of products and services.
• Maintain and expand the existing revenue base while mitigating risks and preventing revenue erosion.
• Develop and nurture relationships across all client levels, including C-suite executives.
• Lead strategic account planning and own complex contract renegotiations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to close deals.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful execution of client initiatives and effective issue resolution.
