Job summary

ICE Data Services in Hong Kong seeks a dynamic Business Development Director to lead the APAC strategy for IGN and Consolidated Feeds. You will partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Marketing to drive revenue growth and cross-sell ICE services across banks, asset managers, and redistributors.

You will articulate product capabilities, gather client requirements, and shape go-to-market plans, leveraging deep APAC market knowledge and experience with real-time data delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a network/hosting provider, market data or information services firm, data vendor, ISV, redistributor, or financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of network solutions and APAC market structure.
• Experience with real-time market data distribution and consolidated feeds (latency, normalization, entitlements, onboarding).
• Strong ability to engage with clients on global financial concepts and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and relationship management to drive revenue growth and cross-sell across ICE services.
• Act as SME for IGN and Consolidated Feeds, articulating capabilities and delivery options to clients.
• Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities for real-time market data across APAC.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for IGN and ICE Consolidated Feeds in Asia Pacific.
• Contribute to product development and regional strategy based on APAC market needs.
• Gather client requirements on content, latency, symbology, normalization, entitlements, and onboarding; inform roadmap.
• Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments impacting data services.
• Represent ICE Data Services externally as a thought leader; engage with clients at events and through social channels.
• Travel regularly across APAC to build client relationships.
