Responsibilities

• Owns Annual Strategic Planning process, understanding market size, coverage and territories, deploy rep quota assignment and manage PAF / account changes throughout the fiscal year.
• Analyses data to provide decision support to senior management and executives with these insights.
• Identifies operational inefficiencies and drives improvement initiatives with senior management and operations teams.
• Acts as a liaison and interfaces cross-functionally to maintain communication between business groups and keep documents/tools up to date.
• Develops and executes systems/tools to drive consistency and efficiency in managing the business; rolls out new processes or systems capabilities.
• Provides ad hoc support to GEO sales leaders, sales operations leaders and other duties when needed
