Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Director, Business Planning & Operations, APAC for an 8-month contract. The role oversees strategy, enterprise planning, transformation programs and cross-functional enablement across APAC markets.

You will drive governance, reporting, and engagement with APAC leadership to achieve growth targets. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape the APAC analytics roadmap, and partner with global teams on process redesign and new market opportunities.

• Lead data analytics governance and insights to inform decisions.
• Support sustainability initiatives and APAC storytelling.
