lululemon in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Director, Business Planning & Operations, APAC. You will oversee strategy integration, lead transformation programs, and drive cross-functional initiatives to grow APAC.

You will establish data governance, align enterprise planning with regional needs, and prepare board materials for leadership. The role partners with GM, leadership teams, and enterprise strategy to cascade OKRs, manage annual plans, and steer performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize APAC regional strategy and operating roadmap.
• Oversee enterprise planning, OKR development, and board materials for APAC.
• Lead transformation programs and Center of Excellence for process redesign and PMO guidance.
• Drive APAC commercial planning and GTM transformation roadmaps with regional teams.
• Oversee data analytics governance and insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Support sustainability targets and APAC storytelling to stakeholders.
