PRECIOSA Lighting is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the APAC sales team across Hong Kong, Singapore, or Mainland China. The role focuses on sales support, client coordination, and design project inputs, with home-office flexibility and international collaboration.

The position targets candidates with bilingual English/Mandarin abilities and strong organizational skills, ready to contribute to proposals, presentations, and market research in a dynamic, design‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, interior design, hospitality, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers and Regional Managers throughout the sales process.
• Manage opportunities, contacts, and project information in CRM.
• Coordinate inputs with clients and sales teams and track proposal deadlines.
• Assist with presentations, reference selections, and design proposals.
• Prepare tender submissions and sample requests.
• Support marketing activities and market research.

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious SalesCoordinator to support our APAC Sales teamwho will help drive commercial activities, support client relationships, and ensure the smooth coordination of projects across the region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, sales support, design-related work, and working with international teams. It also offers a clear career path toward Business Development and Sales Management in the future.

What You'll Do

• Support Business Development Managers and Regional Managers throughout the sales process
• Manage and maintain opportunities, contacts, and project information in CRM
• Review project information and coordinate inputs with clients and sales teams
• Coordinate proposal requests with designers and factory teams
• Track proposal deadlines and follow up proactively
• Assist with preparation of presentations, reference selections, and preliminary design proposals
• Prepare tender submissions and sample requests
• Maintain SharePoint project documentation and proposal records
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and social media initiatives
• Assist with market research and business development activities

What We're Looking For

• Existing legal right to work in Hong Kong, Singapore or Mainland China
• Interest in sales, design, architecture, hospitality, or project-based industries
• Suitable for junior candidates looking tobuild acareer in international sales
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, interior design, hospitality, project management, or another relevant discipline.
