Job summary

Preciosa International (H.K.) Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the APAC Sales team, drive commercial activities, manage CRM, and coordinate across designers, factories, and clients. The role targets juniors seeking growth toward Business Development and Sales Management within a remote, international setup.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business, marketing, interior design, hospitality, or project management, and are fluent in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across international teams in a remote environment.
• Strong PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and digital skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and prepare presentations, research, and business materials and be able to critically evaluate AI-generated content.
• Existing legal right to work in Hong Kong, Singapore or Mainland China.
• Interest in sales, design, architecture, hospitality, or project-based industries.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers and Regional Managers throughout the sales process.
• Manage and maintain opportunities, contacts, and project information in CRM.
• Review project information and coordinate inputs with clients and sales teams.
• Coordinate proposal requests with designers and factory teams.
• Track proposal deadlines and follow up proactively.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, reference selections, and preliminary design proposals.
• Prepare tender submissions and sample requests.
• Maintain SharePoint project documentation and proposal records.
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and social media initiatives.
• Assist with market research and business development activities.
