Leadingnation is seeking an energetic Assistant Sales & Project Officer to join a fast-paced, professional team in Hong Kong. The role involves serving as the main contact for the Sales Team, managing orders from processing to delivery, and coordinating with internal support to drive sales strategies.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma in Business Administration with at least 3 years in sales and project management, plus experience with CRM/ERP/SAP.

Formación

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in sales and project management.
• Experience with CRM, ERP and SAP systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrate effective new business development and lead qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong record-keeping and report maintenance; mature and independent.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for the Sales Team and address general issues.
• Carry out order fulfilment from order processing to product delivery.
• Manage equipment and material sourcing and procurement.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Develop and implement new processes for efficient team operations.
• Coordinate between Sales Team and internal/external customers.
• Work with Factory, Business Units and Project teams on sales strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, activity reports and presentations.
• Maintain CRM data and accuracy in the system.
• Provide administrative support to project teams on operations.
• Review and prepare sales, tender, project and legal documents.
• Take on ad hoc projects as assigned.
