Job summary

JC Consulting is seeking a highly organized People Operations Specialist in Hong Kong to support a seamless employee lifecycle and HR projects. You will handle APAC payroll, benefits, mobility, and HRIS governance to ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-focused operations.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, data integrity, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to optimize processes across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; at least 3 years in HR operations, payroll, benefits, or related area.
• Experience in APAC payroll operations and HR operations workflows.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Ultimate Software, PeopleSoft, or Greenhouse.
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups) and data accuracy.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End APAC Payroll Management in partnership with external vendors.
• Benefits & Insurance Administration, including enrollments and renewals.
• Employee Lifecycle Operations: onboarding, offboarding, renewals, verification, reference checks.
• Global Mobility & Immigration support and coordination with vendors.
• HRIS Management in Workday and data integrity audits.
• Data quality, audits, and HR compliance across APAC markets.
