Job summary

Appnovation, an AI Product Company, seeks an experienced APAC HR Business Partner/HR Manager to shape people strategy across Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. You will partner with regional leadership, drive workforce planning, and lead regional recruitment to support rapid growth.

You will influence senior leaders, handle complex employment matters, and ensure compliant, effective HR operations across APAC while leveraging BambooHR and Greenhouse data for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, including senior HRBP/HR Manager roles across APAC.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders, including presidents/directors.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in Hong Kong and Malaysia; exposure to Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC leadership on organisation design and workforce planning.
• Translate global HR strategy into APAC plan focusing on talent retention and engagement.
• Lead regional performance and talent reviews; coach managers on development and succession.
• Utilise HR data (attrition, engagement, headcount, costs) to guide decisions.
• Oversee APAC recruitment with regional TA lead; ensure accurate data in HRIS systems.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and benchmarking for the region.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and visa/mobility processes.
