Job summary

Mondrian Alpha, a leading hedge fund in Hong Kong, seeks a hands-on Human Capital Business Partner to drive HR infrastructure across APAC. You will partner with business leaders to align people strategy with growth, own workforce planning, and manage performance cycles for investment and non-investment populations.

Reporting to the CPO, you will leverage the HRIS to deliver data‑driven insights, implement scalable processes, and contribute to market-leading compensation and talent initiatives

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRBP with experience at hedge funds or investment banks.
• Experience driving HR infrastructure and processes for APAC.
• Leading year-end promotion and progression cycles for multiple populations.
