Job summary

Broadridge Asia Pacific Limited in Hong Kong seeks a driven sales and account management professional to grow and manage our regional book of business across Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore.

You will work closely with the Head of Greater China, handle day-to-day inquiries, support contract renewals, and develop relationships with banks, FCMs, trading firms and corporates in the region. This hybrid role offers exposure to trading technology and fast-paced initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales & relationship management preferably within financial technology across Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore.
• Experience in Futures and Commodity space, with FCMs or trading software vendors a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese for internal and international communication.
• Clear ability to manage and grow business with clients in a regional context.
• Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional sales head on new and upsell opportunities in the assigned regions.
• Provide regular account servicing activities with KPI focus.
• Support development of key relationships with Banks, FCMs, corporations and proprietary trading firms.
• Deliver platform presentations to potential clients and facilitate referrals to sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify growth opportunities.
• On-site support for Key Accounts and billing/contract explanation where needed.
