Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Ltd is seeking a Regional Controller based in Hong Kong to lead APAC cost management, budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term plans. You will partner with business leadership to deliver financial planning, KPI management and investment appraisal.

The role requires 8+ years in Controlling/FP&A, strong data skills and a collaborative mindset to drive efficiency and policy compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 8 years' Controlling/FP&A experience.
• Experience in a matrix organization is valued; retail exposure is a plus.
• Strong data management, reporting and consolidation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management for APAC unit, including budget, rolling forecasts and long-term plans.
• Provide commercial decision support and cashflow management.
• Partner with senior leaders on FP&A, KPI management and resource allocation.
• Develop templates for monthly reporting and quarterly forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and drive process automation.
