Job summary

Richemont seeks a seasoned Regional Finance Operations leader to drive governance, roadmaps, and process excellence across APAC. You will bridge Group & Market Finance with APAC and global regions to ensure compliant, efficient finance operations and lead cross-regional projects.

You will also oversee North-East Asia finance activities, act as the main contact for regional inquiries, and champion harmonization of finance policies and processes across HK, Macau, Taiwan, and Hainan.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance and Accounting; 10+ years in finance operations, accounting process improvement, or finance transformation in a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership to drive results and manage stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and senior partners.
• Sharp analytical skills to diagnose processes and implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Governance over regional finance operations priorities, roadmaps, and process excellence across APAC.
• Bridge between Group & Market Finance and APAC/global regions for compliant, efficient operations.
• Drive identification, prioritization, and execution of finance process improvements across APAC.
• Animate and manage the sub-regional finance operations community to build capability.
• Lead regional finance projects to ensure delivery and adoption.
• Lead governance on sub-regional priorities across North-East Asia (HK, Macau, Taiwan, Hainan).
• Act as primary contact for NEA finance operations inquiries and support regional stakeholders.
• Document and harmonize standard finance policies, procedures, and process flows.
