Job summary

Richemont invites you to join its Regional Finance Operations team for APAC and North-East Asia. You will drive governance, regional alignment and finance process transformation across 12 markets and sub-regions including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Hainan.

You will bridge Group & Market Finance, collaborate with non-finance partners, and lead regional projects to realize efficiency and consistency. A university degree in Finance and Accounting and 10+ years of multinational finance experience

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations, accounting process improvement, or finance transformation within a multinational matrix environment.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Governance over regional finance operations priorities, roadmaps and process excellence.
• Serve as the single point of contact for sub-regional finance operations enquiries.
• Lead regional and sub-regional finance projects and implementation.
