Job summary

Richemont in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Controller to lead cost management for APAC, focusing on annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term plans. You will partner with senior leaders, drive KPIs, resource allocation, and financial policy compliance.

This role builds templates for monthly reporting, supports strategic decisions, and ensures budget/forecast integrity. You will coordinate across markets, streamline processes, and deliver concise presentations to the Business Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Controlling/FP&A.
• Experience in a matrix organization is valued; retail industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong technical skills in managing complex, high-volume data and building reporting/templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management for APAC, with focus on budget, rolling forecasts and long-term plans.
• Partner with senior leaders on KPIs, resource allocation and policy compliance.
• Build tools/templates for monthly reporting, quarterly forecast and annual consolidation.
• Drive performance alignment across APAC markets and ensure budget/forecast integrity.
