The successful candidate will build reporting templates, manage KPI surveillance, and prioritise investments while ensuring policy compliance and robust cashflow management in a dynamic regional environment.

Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable institute.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Controlling/FP&A.
• Experience in a matrix organization valued; retail exp is a plus.
• Strong skills in managing complex data and building reporting templates.
• Must be process-driven with strong communication and presentation skills.
• High learning agility for fast-changing markets.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor costs and drive budget/forecast accuracy across APAC markets.
• Provide strategic analysis to support commercial decisions and investments.
• Develop monthly reporting templates and annual budget consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and process automation.
• Align budgets and 3-Year Plans with business strategy and KPIs.
• Partner with senior leaders to optimize resource allocation and investments.
• Lead ad hoc projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
