Job summary

ST Partnership Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Controller for Regional Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the planning, forecasting, and financial performance for the region. The role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights through dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance-related degree, professional qualification (CPA/CMA) preferred, and 5–8 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, with strong Excel, Power BI, and Tableau skills, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
5-8 years FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance experience.
Strong data analysis and dashboard tool proficiency (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent English and Chinese communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support the full planning cycle, including the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes.
Monitor and evaluate key business drivers through detailed data analysis.
Deliver financial dashboards, reports, and strategic commentary to business leaders.
Support regional deliverables, including consolidation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support corporate projects.
