Job summary

Allen & Overy (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth for the APAC Private Capital sector from the Hong Kong office. You will turn strategy into actionable plans, support lawyers and the business, and manage client touchpoints, pitches and campaigns.

The role requires strong project management, CRM experience (Dynamics), and ability to collaborate with cross-border teams. You will develop client plans, monitor market trends, and help deliver the sector business

Qualifications

• Proven experience executing business development activities in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client pitches and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day BD for APAC Private Capital across Hong Kong.
• Translate sector priorities into practical activities and deliverables.
• Manage pitch pipeline, client development and campaigns.
• Coordinate client meetings, briefings and events.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM data quality (Dynamics).
• Collaborate with cross-border BD teams and legal practice groups.
