Job summary

Apex Group in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Client Onboarding Manager for the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on onboarding new clients in fund services and related compliance solutions, with heavy client interaction and cross-functional collaboration across Service Delivery, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the funds industry, strong project management skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Fluent in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Experience in fund services industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for onboarding and integration of new clients in APAC with focus on fund services and compliance solutions.
• Coordinate internal functions to lead new business opportunity launches and transitions in APAC.
• Provide regular onboarding status updates to clients and internal teams.
