Job summary

JC Consulting is seeking a highly organized People Operations Specialist in Hong Kong to support end-to-end APAC payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle operations. You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliant, accurate HR processes across APAC regions.

The role covers global mobility, immigration, HRIS management in Workday, data audits, and documentation while preserving confidentiality and driving process improvements within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a strong academic record and at least 3 years in HR operations, payroll, benefits, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End APAC Payroll Management: Manage ongoing payroll operations across APAC with external vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Benefits & Insurance Administration: Support regional benefits and insurance programs, including enrollments, changes, renewals, and vendor coordination.
• Employee Lifecycle Operations: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, renewals, verifications, references, and documentation for a smooth lifecycle.
• Global Mobility & Immigration: Support mobility and immigration processes, work authorization, relocation, and related movements.
• HRIS Management: Handle HRIS transactions in Workday ensuring data integrity and downstream payroll accuracy.
• Data Integrity & Audits: Conduct HR data audits, maintain personnel files, respond to inquiries, and validate data in Workday.
• Compliance & Data Audits: Perform regular audits and ensure HR processes meet APAC regulations.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and identify process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned or needed
