Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for the APAC region to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with Employee Connection, People & Culture, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will contribute to payroll transformation projects, system implementations, process improvements, and vendor management across APAC, supporting payroll calendars and year-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of payroll experience across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing for APAC countries across multiple regions.
• Coordinate inputs, validations and approvals with regional teams and external providers.
• Review calculations for local compliance and internal controls.
• Manage year-end payroll and tax reporting and liaise with authorities.
