Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Legal Operations and Contract Specialist based in Hong Kong Store Support Centre. The role focuses on contract templates, records management, NDAs, and support for legal tech implementations within APAC.

You will contribute to process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the Legal Counsel with research and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Operations, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in legal operations, contract management, paralegal, legal administration, or similar.
• Experience managing contracts, legal records, document repositories, or legal technology platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Technology savvy with quick adoption of new systems and tools.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or multinational environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain contract templates used across APAC.
• Maintain legal records and contract repositories with lifecycle tracking.
• Conduct first-pass reviews of NDAs and simple vendor agreements using playbooks.
• Support implementation and improvement of contract management processes and legal tech.
• Maintain knowledge resources, templates, playbooks, and SOPs for consistency.
