Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a 3PL Implementation Support & Solution Design Manager, APAC, on a 12 months contract. The role is onsite in Hong Kong within the Store Support Centre and reports to the Senior Manager Third Party Logistics.

You will design and implement 3PL solutions, enforce SLA compliance, lead data-driven optimizations and change management, and partner with APAC teams to drive operational excellence and business growth in APAC.

Qualifications

• Background in distribution and logistics operations, preferably multi-channel retailer or 3PL.
• 5+ years in distribution/logistics operations.
• Experience with contracting, RFPs, SOPs, 3PL solutions.
• Clear communications, cross-functional leadership.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and-troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess readiness of outsourced DC/Logistics across process, capacity, and service models.
• Review and validate SOPs with 3PL partner and ensure alignment with standards.
• Interpret SOW and SLA; identify scope misalignment and guide internal stakeholders.
• Provide distribution readiness assessments and document residual risks for handover.
