Job summary

Captar Partners Ltd. is hiring an APAC Institutional Sales professional in Hong Kong to identify and win API-first market makers and brokers.

You will lead commercial negotiations, provide technical and business support, and drive API transaction growth across the APAC region. You will combine market insight with strong relationship skills to expand long-term client partnerships, collaborating with product and trading teams to maximize API usage and volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, CS, IT, or related fields.
• At least 3 years in BD/sales with financial institutions, internet, or blockchain sectors.
• Familiar with the crypto market and API trading systems.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win market makers, brokers via API.
• Lead commercial negotiations and sign cooperation terms.
• Provide API-related technical and business consultations.
• Track KPI for new logos and API volumes.
