Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in Payroll operations/Finance/Accounting, with supervisory or senior experience in multinational environments.
• Experience in payroll-related scope.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
• Excellent Excel and accounting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze payroll and related compensation for the APAC region, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support global equities team for local filing and reporting needs across Asia Pacific.
• Manage and resolve employee inquiries relating to payroll matters.
• Establish procedures and policies for payroll and related compensation, collaborating with HR and Finance across APAC and US head office.
• Ideate and drive improvements by challenging existing models to transform payroll processes and experience.
