Job summary

Agilysys is seeking a Sales Engineer for the APAC region to drive revenue through pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and technical guidance on hospitality software solutions. You will collaborate with regional Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate client needs into compelling, integrative solutions for hotel brands across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consultant, or Solution Architect in enterprise software (hospitality preferred).
• Experience working with boutique, large and multi-property hotel brands across APAC.
• Strong working knowledge of PMS, POS, I&P, Spa, Loyalty, and payment gateways.
• Understanding of APIs, relational databases, networking, security, and SaaS/cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with hospitality integrations (CRS, OTA) and standard data exchange protocols.
• Fluency in English required; APAC language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Directors to understand client needs and define solution fit.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to stakeholders across IT, operations, and C-suite.
• Create solution designs, proposals, and SOWs; provide architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Services to ensure feasible solutions.
