Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Sales Manager for IT hardware to drive revenue and lead a high-performing team across the APAC region. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order placement, credit processing, and delivery.

Fluent in Chinese and English, you should have 4+ years in IT sales or account management and excel in presentation and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management in IT retail channels.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve profit and revenue targets.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order placement, credit/payment processing, and delivery coordination.
• Establish quarterly sales targets and drive efforts to meet them.
