Job summary

NexusSearch seeks an Equity Sales professional in Hong Kong to cover institutional buy-side clients across APAC, distribute equity research and pitch investment ideas while executing equity trading business.

You will build and deepen long-term client relationships to drive brokerage revenue, collaborating with research, corporate access and trading teams to service client needs in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years equity sales / institutional brokerage / buy-side coverage experience.
• Established APAC institutional investor network.
• Solid understanding of HK & Asia equity markets.
• Fluent written & spoken English; Korean / Japanese / Mandarin highly preferred.
• Resilient, target-driven, able to work under fast-paced market pressure.

Responsibilities

• Pitch equity research, stock ideas & market views to institutional portfolio managers / analysts
• Execute client orders, monitor market flows and provide real-time market updates
• Collaborate with research, corporate access & trading teams to service client needs
• Track client P&L, trading activity and identify revenue growth opportunities
• Organise client calls, investor meetings and roadshows together with corporate access team
• Maintain client CRM, capture client feedback and anticipate trading demands
