Job summary

NexusSearch International Limited is seeking an Equity Sales professional in Hong Kong covering institutional buy-side clients across APAC. The role involves distributing equity research, pitching investment ideas, and executing equity trading while building long-term client relationships to drive brokerage revenue.

You will work with a team in Institutional Equity Sales, focusing on HK & Asia markets, and collaborating with research, corporate access, and trading teams to deliver client-centric

Qualifications

• Master's degree mandatory.
• 3–10 years equity sales / institutional brokerage / buy-side coverage experience.
• Established APAC institutional investor network.
• Strong market sense, commercial mindset & client hunting capability.
• Fluent written & spoken English; Korean / Japanese / Mandarin highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of HK & Asia equity markets.
• Resilient, target-driven, able to work under fast-paced market pressure.

Responsibilities

• Pitch equity research, stock ideas & market views to institutional portfolio managers / analysts.
• Execute client orders, monitor market flows and provide real-time market updates.
• Collaborate with research, corporate access & trading teams to service client needs.
• Track client P&L, trading activity and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Organise client calls, investor meetings and roadshows together with corporate access team.
• Maintain client CRM, capture client feedback and anticipate trading demands.
