Job summary

Hudson Highland Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Equity Sales Associate to VP to cover institutional investors in Hong Kong and China. Build relationships, distribute research, and drive secondary commission.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, plus institutional equity sales experience and an SFC Type 1 licence or eligibility. Fluent English and Mandarin are required, and knowledge of HK/China markets with existing relationships is a plus.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
Institutional equity sales or investor coverage experience at Associate to VP level.
SFC Type 1 licence or eligibility to obtain one.
Fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
Solid knowledge of HK and China equity markets; strong relationships are a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and grow relationships with institutional clients such as asset managers, hedge funds and long-only investors.
Distribute research, trade ideas and market views, and provide daily coverage.
Service client orders and work with the trading desk.
Connect clients to analysts and organise roadshows and expert calls.
Keep clients close to HK and China equity story and grow wallet share.
