Job summary

lululemon seeks a Senior Program Manager, Worker Wellbeing to lead a global portfolio advancing social wellbeing for workers across our supply chain. You will set direction, drive execution, and partner with regional teams, suppliers and NGOs to embed programs aligning with sustainability goals.

You will oversee worker engagement and gender equity initiatives, report progress, manage budgets, and represent lululemon in global forums to advance industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain sustainability, social impact, or corporate responsibility.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across global regions.
• Experience implementing ESG or social wellbeing targets in a global supply chain context.
• Familiarity with worker engagement, gender equity, and human rights standards (e.g., UN Guiding Principles, ILO conventions).
• Intrinsically motivated problem solver, comfortable in ambiguity with a track record of impact.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to leadership on strategy and progress with budget management.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic design and execution of programs that advance worker wellbeing across the global supply chain, focusing on worker engagement and gender equity.
• Drives implementation of public supply chain wellbeing targets with measurable progress and transparent reporting.
• Collaborates with regional teams, cross-functional partners, suppliers, industry partners, and NGOs to embed programs that meet worker needs.
• Analyzes trends and risks related to worker wellbeing and gender equity to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Manages a portfolio of high-impact projects globally, overseeing implementation partners for effective execution.
• Represents the company in global forums and partnerships to foster best practices in the industry.
