Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Data Services seeks a dynamic leader to head business development for IGN and Consolidated Feeds in the Asia Pacific region. • University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Deep knowledge of network solutions and APAC market structure.
• Strong expertise in real‑time market data distribution and consolidated feeds.
• Familiarity with the market data ecosystem and how buy‑side/sell‑side firms use depth‑of‑market and reference data.
• Ability to engage fluently with clients on global financial concepts and data infrastructure.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and client engagement strategies.
• Established APAC network of contacts across financial institutions and vendors.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills; able to tailor messaging across audiences.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence; able to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to drive revenue growth and identify cross‑selling opportunities across ICE's broader suite of services.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for IGN and Consolidated Feeds, articulating capabilities, content coverage, and delivery options to clients.
• Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities for consolidated real‑time market data across banks, asset managers, hedge funds, ISVs, and redistributors.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategies for IGN and ICE Consolidated Feeds across Asia Pacific, including competitive positioning.
• Contribute to new product development and regional strategy for IGN, bringing APAC market understanding.
• Gather client requirements around content, latency, symbology, normalisation, entitlements, and onboarding; relay insights to Product/Development.
• Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments impacting market position.
• Represent ICE Data Services externally as a thought leader at events and on professional/social channels.
• Travel regularly across APAC to build and deepen client relationships.

As a critical backbone for financial and commodity market information flow, it connects the global market community to the broadest range of data sources - including proprietary and third‑party content - and trading venues in a safe, efficient manner.

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic subject matter expert to lead business development for our ICE Global Network (IGN) and Consolidated Feeds services across the Asia Pacific region. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders - including Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Marketing teams - as well as external clients, prospects, and partners, the Business Development Director will drive meaningful commercial growth. The role is central to helping clients access a broad universe of low‑latency, aggregated, and normalised multi-asset financial information sourced from hundreds of global venues.

• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to drive revenue growth and identify cross‑selling opportunities across ICE's broader suite of services.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for IGN and Consolidated Feeds, clearly articulating product capabilities, content coverage, and delivery options to clients and prospects.
• Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities for consolidated real‑time market data across banks, asset managers, hedge funds, ISVs, and redistributors - including cross‑sell opportunities with IGN.
• Lead the development of go‑to‑market strategies for IGN and ICE Consolidated Feeds across Asia Pacific, including competitive positioning against direct exchange feeds and other consolidated feed providers.
• Contribute to new product development and regional strategy for IGN, bringing a deep understanding of APAC market structure and client needs.
• Gather and synthesise client requirements around content, latency, symbology, normalisation, entitlements, and technical onboarding; channel market intelligence to Product and Development teams to inform the roadmap.
• Monitor and assess the competitive landscape, identifying threats and opportunities that could impact our market position.
• Track regulatory developments and market data policy changes - including evolving exchange licensing models - and evaluate their commercial and operational implications.
• Represent ICE Data Services externally as a thought leader, engaging regularly with clients and prospects, speaking at industry events, and maintaining a visible presence across relevant professional and social media channels.
• Travel regularly across the Asia Pacific region to build and deepen client relationships.
