London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a driven leader to head the Risk Intelligence Customer Success Management team for APAC in Hong Kong. You will build and scale a high-performing team, develop product expertise, drive customer advocacy and ensure successful lifecycle management.

The role demands strategic leadership across markets, budget pressures, and collaboration with global product leadership to align regional priorities with company objectives.

Qualifications

• High level of financial competence is required.
• Min 8+ years of leadership experience in risk, compliance and screening workflows within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Head APAC Risk Intelligence Customer Success Management team and lead a diverse, high-performing group.
• Drive customer advocacy and successful customer lifecycle management across APAC.
• Represent regional priorities at the global product leadership level to influence strategy.
• Mentor and upskill the regional team to improve cross-market cohesion and collaboration.
• Embed accountability through the adoption of the LSEG global Customer Success model and ensure collaboration with team members.
