Job summary

Pattern invites applications for a Senior Demand Planner to lead cross-regional forecasting and inventory strategy for Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia. You will integrate market intelligence, promos, and historical data to build accurate forecasts that drive regional growth.

You will partner with supply, commercial, and analytics teams, report on regional performance, and push automation projects to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ years in demand planning for ecommerce brands.
• Experience with Korean marketplaces (Coupang, Naver) preferred.
• Strong data analysis with Excel; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Korean or Japanese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting for Korea, Japan, and SE Asia.
• Design inventory strategies to maximize sell-through and minimize stockouts.
• Lead cross-functional alignment meetings with supply, commercial, and analytics teams.
• Develop regional inventory and sell-through reports for management.
• Support automation projects to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
