Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support margin and inventory planning for APAC and to lead regional retail portfolio analysis.

This role drives data-driven decision making, streamlines processes, and coordinates with IBP, merchandising, and market finance to align product, supply chain and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in finance, an MBA or CFA/CPA/ACCA preferred, and strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills with APAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or CFA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 8+ years in finance with margin planning, inventory management or supply chain finance (regional/multinational).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, reporting and database management.

Responsibilities

• Streamline APAC gross margin process with aligned definitions across the region.
• Coordinate APAC inventory review process with regional reporting and analysis.
• Provide proactive insights on risks and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional inventory review meetings with regional and market leaders.
• Bridge product planning and financial planning with IBP and Merchandise Planning.
• Support APAC retail store portfolio analysis and database maintenance.
• Deliver data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and cost savings.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
