Job summary

Pattern Holdings Company Limited, a Nasdaq-listed growth partner, seeks a Senior Demand Planner for APAC to lead end-to-end forecasting for Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia, aligning market intelligence with promotional calendars to drive regional growth.

You will design inventory strategies, minimize working capital tied to stock, lead cross-functional alignment, and develop regional reports to support strategic decision-making and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning for ecommerce brands preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel required.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for workflow optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting for Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
• Design and implement inventory strategies to maximize sell-through and minimize working capital.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with commercial objectives.
• Develop and prepare regional inventory and sell-through reports for management insights.
• Drive daily operations automation projects to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
