Job summary

The LEGO Group in Hong Kong/Taiwan is seeking a Customer Planner to connect Sales, Marketing, customers, and supply chain partners to improve demand planning, product availability, and inventory performance.

You will analyze data, deliver earlier insights, and support monthly planning cycles while driving continuous improvements that enhance forecast accuracy and customer service across both markets. The role involves working in a hybrid setup with regional teams and Key Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Delivered customer demand planning and forecasting activities in a consumer goods, retail, or supply chain environment.
• Applied advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI tools to support planning and business decisions.
• Managed inventory analysis and reporting to improve availability, visibility, or stock performance.
• Partnered with commercial and operational teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Improved forecast accuracy through structured reviews, planning processes, and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer demand planning with Key Account Managers to ensure accurate topline forecasting.
• Analyze customer performance, market dynamics, and promotional effects to improve forecast accuracy.
• Validate launch and promo volume estimates and assortment lists for planning cycles.
• Drive product allocation aligned with orders and supply constraints.
• Develop in-stock reporting and coordinate with regional teams for inventory visibility.
