Job summary

CertiK, the global leader in Web3 security, seeks a high-energy Business Development Manager in Hong Kong to accelerate APAC growth. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles from outbound lead generation to closing deals for our security solutions including smart contract audits, penetration testing, formal verification, Skynet monitoring, and compliance services.

You will bridge traditional finance entering digital assets with crypto-native projects, leveraging market knowledge and language skills

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development in Web3, blockchain security, SaaS or institutional fintech.
• Direct experience selling security services (audits, penetration tests, bug bounty) is a plus.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across enterprises and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline & outbound BD: identify, prospect and engage decision-makers across blockchain protocols, DeFi, exchanges, and Web2 entrants.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to proposal, price negotiation and contract execution.
• Sell to enterprises & institutional clients seeking security for Web3 initiatives.
• Collaborate with global security engineering, solutions architecture, delivery and marketing teams to ensure smooth deal execution and onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts for renewals, add-ons, and monitoring subscriptions; represent CertiK at events.
