Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across APAC for security and power management solutions. You will hunt for new opportunities, build relationships with security consultants, architects, engineers, system integrators, OEM partners and end users, and drive specification-driven sales across the region.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you will conduct product presentations, webinars and demonstrations, expand market adoption,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or outside sales in security or building technology sectors.
• Hunter mindset with ability to generate new opportunities and close complex sales.
• Strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, OEMs and enterprise end users.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across APAC and accelerate revenue.
• Develop and convert new business opportunities through direct engagement with security consultants, architects, engineers, system integrators, OEM partners, distributors and end users.
• Present products, conduct demonstrations and webinars to educate stakeholders.
• Expand market adoption, influence project specifications and secure strategic standardization opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, provide market intelligence and travel extensively within the region.
