Job summary

OSL in Hong Kong is seeking an ambitious Business Development Lead / Executive to drive regional expansion across high-volume Web3 verticals. This hands-on, quota-carrying role requires closing partnerships with Web3 decision-makers and shaping revenue growth in APAC and Chinese markets.

You will own end-to-end deal cycles, build a robust pipeline across exchanges, wallets, and GameFi projects, and coordinate with product and compliance to streamline onboarding and cross-border payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct B2B sales in crypto/payment tech.
• Proven full-cycle deal closing experience.
• Strong network of Web3 decision-makers.
• Fluent Mandarin and business English.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed regional BD revenue targets and GPV quotas.
• Originate, manage and close high-value partnerships.
• Lead regional outbound and inbound pipeline in APAC and China.
• Collaborate with product and compliance for onboarding and integration.
• Gather client feedback to inform product roadmap.
