CBRE Asia Pacific in Hong Kong seeks an APAC Client Solutions Assistant Manager (Bid/Pursuits) to help win new business by crafting tailored proposals, pricing models, and client materials. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver compelling pursuit documentation for regional and global clients.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in related fields, 2+ years CRE experience, and strong English writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, marketing or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years in commercial real estate with exposure to business development or bid management preferred.
High standard of written and verbal English communication.
Strong writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
Solid numerical and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilités

Support regional and global pursuits through solution development and stakeholder coordination.
Deliver high-quality bid and sales marketing documentation under tight deadlines.
Assist in developing complex commercial and pricing proposals.
Coordinate with international, multi-disciplinary teams to respond to RFPs.
Conduct client research to inform pursuit strategy.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create persuasive content.
Maintain and update sales and marketing collateral reflecting CBRE offerings.
Identify and implement improvements in the sales and pursuit workflow.
