Job summary

CBRE Limited APAC is seeking an APAC Client Solutions Assistant Manager (Bid/Pursuits) to help win new business across the APAC Advisory portfolio. You will develop creative proposals, pricing models, and client-facing materials in collaboration with internal experts and leadership.

You will coordinate with regional and global teams, deliver high-quality bid documentation under tight deadlines, and contribute to pricing strategies and pursuit content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate industry, with exposure to business development or bid management preferred.
• High standard of written and verbal English communication.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with an excellent eye for detail.
• Solid numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a demonstrated willingness to take ownership of assigned projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and global pursuits through solution development, commercial analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• Deliver high-quality bid and sales marketing documentation within tight deadlines.
• Assist in the development of complex commercial and pricing proposals.
• Coordinate with international, multi-disciplinary teams to respond to requests for proposals.
• Conduct comprehensive client research to inform pursuit strategy and engagement.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to create customized, persuasive content.
• Maintain and update sales and marketing collateral to reflect current CBRE service offerings.
• Identify and support the implementation of process improvements within the sales and pursuit workflow.
