Job summary

CBRE Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager - Business Development & Solutions to help win new business and retain clients across APAC. You will develop creative proposals, pricing models, and client-facing materials, working closely with internal experts and leadership to produce high-quality pursuit documentation for regional and global clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, marketing, or related.
Minimum of 2 years in commercial real estate with BD or bid management exposure.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Solid numerical and analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

Support regional pursuits through solution development and stakeholder coordination.
Deliver high-quality bid and sales marketing documentation under tight deadlines.
Assist in developing complex commercial and pricing proposals.
Coordinate with international, multi-disciplinary teams to respond to RFPs.
Conduct client research to inform pursuit strategy and engagement.
Partner with subject matter experts to craft customized content.
Maintain and update sales and marketing collateral reflecting CBRE offerings.
Identify and implement process improvements in the sales workflow.
