Job summary

lululemon is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end DC and logistics projects in APAC. You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and coordinate across operations, IT, finance, and procurement to deliver on-time outcomes.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, familiarity with WMS (Manhattan) and multi-carrier solutions, and strong communication skills in English; Chinese/Korean/Japanese a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of APAC supply chain landscapes and carrier networks.
• PM certification (PMP or Prince2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and alignment with global objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources per scope.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, finance, and procurement for delivery.
• Engage carriers and logistics providers to ensure integration and execution.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on status and risks.
